We’ve compiled a few tips to help you sell like a pro:

  1. Pay attention to details
Take relevant images of your goods, create a clear, descriptive description, and complete all of the fields in your profile. These will allow your customers to understand more about you and your product.

  2. Make your advertisement as low-risk as you can.
We strongly advise against requesting prepayments since, as we all know, individuals are afraid to send them. Work with delivery providers to find a mechanism to let customers pay after they check the product to make sure it’s what they wanted.

  3. Stay in touch & Make sure to add value at every touch point.
Avoid keeping prospective customers waiting too long for your responses. Alternatively, use Boost Packages or be online to receive SMS notifications whenever there are new messages.

  4. Pay attention to your rating
Please don’t hesitate to request reviews from your clients; the more favourable comments you have, the more likely it is that you will draw in new business.

1. Check Feedback

It helps to ensure that the person is trustworthy. People who have dealt with certain merchants submit reviews to keep others informed about how the transactions went. Take a moment to read reviews before making a purchase. Whatever experience you’ve had, other buyers will appreciate you sharing it. Remember to check the “Feedback” section if you have or intend to deal with a merchant or service provider.

2. Avoid making any prepayments. Its highly recommended to pay on delivery or better still pay Pappipo and we will only release the funds to the vendor when you get your item.

Meet with sellers in a public place and seek payment upon delivery. Before you make a payment, check the item’s quality to ensure that it meets your expectations.

3. Make sure that the packed item is the one you’ve inspected if possible.

Examine the item, and don’t pay for it until you’ve received it. Don’t give any opportunity to a con-artist outsmart you.

Before payment  make sure you double check your ontact information to ensure that you may be reached regarding the delivery.
